How much lead time should I allow?
There is no fixed minimum lead time. Thanks to our Europe-wide partner network we can provide buses even at short notice, often on the same day. Even so, the earlier you plan, the greater the choice and the better the price and the procedure can be optimised. For very large events we recommend a few weeks to months of lead time so that we can prepare routes and permits in peace.
