What the enquiry costs
What does a service from Hanse Mondial cost?
The price depends on your occasion – route, duration, vehicle size, date and any special requests all factor in. Instead of a flat rate, we put together an individual quote with the best value for money from our network. That way you pay exactly for what you really need.
Are there any costs for my enquiries?
No. Your enquiry and the resulting quote are free of charge and non-binding. Costs only arise once you place the order – transparently and agreed upfront.
How do I receive my quote after the enquiry?
After your enquiry we check our Europe-wide network and send you your quote by email. On request we are happy to go through the details with you personally over the phone.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
As a rule, your personal contact gets back to you very promptly. On working days from 9 am to 6 pm we process enquiries as quickly as possible – for especially short-notice or complex enquiries we give you a realistic estimate in advance.
What information do you need for an enquiry?
So we can put together a tailored quote, the date, the departure and destination, the number of passengers and the occasion are helpful. Times, intermediate stops and special requests help us too – but no worries: if something is missing, we simply ask.

I have changes to my enquiry or booking. What do I do?
Simply get in touch with your personal contact by phone or email. We adjust your enquiry or booking and coordinate the changes directly with the bus company.
I need to cancel my booking. What do I do?
Contact us as early as possible by phone or email. We take care of the cancellation and keep you transparently informed about any cancellation terms.
Until when can I make changes to my booking?
As a general rule: the earlier, the better. Many changes can still be made at short notice – just get in touch and we will check what is possible.
How can I pay for my coach trip?
Payment runs smoothly through Hanse Mondial. You will receive the details on payment method and invoicing together with your quote or booking confirmation.

When does the booked coach arrive for departure?
As a rule, the coach is at the meeting point in good time before the agreed departure, so everyone can board in a relaxed way. We coordinate the exact arrival time with your booking.
What should I consider when choosing a departure point / meeting place?
Choose a place where a coach can stop easily and your group can board and alight safely – ideally with enough space and no parking restrictions. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise you on the choice.
How fast does a coach travel and what speed can I count on?
Coaches usually travel at around 100 km/h on the motorway. For the travel time we calculate realistically and factor in the drivers’ statutory breaks and driving times, so your schedule reliably works out.
I left something on the coach. Who do I contact?
Simply get in touch with your personal contact. We put you in touch with the bus company and help you recover your forgotten item.

Do the coaches have a microphone?
Many of our partner coaches are equipped with a microphone – ideal for tour guides or announcements. Just let us know when you enquire and we will take it into account when selecting the vehicle.
May I eat and drink during the trip?
That depends on the respective bus company. Catering on board is often possible – we are happy to clarify this for you in advance and pass on the driver’s rules.
Can I get in touch with the driver before the trip?
As a rule, Hanse Mondial is your central point of contact. If needed, we put you in touch with the driver before the trip so you can agree on any last details directly.

The coach is one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transport: carrying a large group together saves significant CO₂ per person compared with travelling individually by car – and additionally relieves roads and car parks.
Can the coach stay on site?
Yes, that is possible depending on the occasion. Whether the coach waits on site or takes on other trips in between, we plan together with you – entirely to suit your schedule and budget.
How do I plan the on-site coordination for my event?
You do not have to manage this alone. We support you with route planning, meeting points, time windows and shuttle services – from a simple arrival to the logistics for large events.
