After your approval, you receive the order confirmation, on request with PO number, billing address and compliance notes. That way, nothing stands in the way of a smooth operation.

What do minibus transfers cost?
We do not quote a flat rate for renting a minibus for up to 17 people here, because in our view that would be misleading. The costs depend on factors such as trip duration, total kilometers, number and duration of stops, vehicle category, date (weekday/season), region and any special requests. Seasonal demand and the day of the week on which the trip takes place have a particularly strong impact. As a rule of thumb: the earlier you plan, the wider the vehicle selection and usually the better the price.

Comfort for urban transfers: upholstered seats, good legroom, air conditioning (depending on the model), audio/PA. Luggage is stored in the cargo compartment. Individual configurations are possible by arrangement and depending on the use case (e.g. more luggage capacity, more seats).
Accessibility note: coaches and minibuses have steps and fixed seating. Boarding and alighting is normally via the stairs. Foldable wheelchairs and rollators can be stored in the luggage compartment. If needed, we can check a lift-equipped alternative within our network (on request).

- Choose drop-off points wisely: use main roads and loading zones instead of narrow side streets; plan for a 200–400 m walk
- Provide exact pick-up/destination addresses and intermediate stops (incl. loading zones) so we can calculate the route accurately
- Account for peak hours: avoid the city center, Elbtunnel and Elbbrücken during rush hour; stagger time slots
- Brief the venue: share group size, arrival time and bus drop-off in advance; confirm a short-term parking area

Renting a minibus: questions and answers
How many people fit in a minibus?
Depending on the model, a minibus seats eight to seventeen people. For fewer than eight people the minivan with up to seven seats is a fit; from eighteen people onwards it is the coach. Tell us the number of people and we pick the right vehicle from our partner network.
Is there a minibus for 20 people?
No, seventeen seats is the limit. For twenty people we use a compact coach. On the same route it costs a similar amount, because driver and kilometers set the price rather than the number of seats. Two minibuses would be more expensive, because two drivers are needed.
What does a minibus for 15 people with driver cost?
We do not quote a flat rate here, because in our view that would be misleading. The cost is made up of route, duration, weekday and season, and hardly of the number of people. On the same trip, a minibus for fifteen people costs roughly the same as one for twelve. The quote covers vehicle, driver, fuel, insurance and tolls.
Is a driver always included with the minibus?
Yes. We only rent out with a driver; we do not offer self-drive hire. From nine passengers onwards a bus licence would be required anyway, which a car licence does not cover.
What is the difference between a minibus and a small bus?
None. Both terms mean the same vehicle with eight to seventeen seats. Some providers call smaller models minibus and larger ones small bus, but there is no fixed boundary. Tell us the number of people and the vehicle will fit.
How much luggage fits in a minibus?
One piece of luggage per passenger at 25 to 30 kilograms is part of the agreed service. Additional luggage, bulky items such as sports equipment or tents, and oversized pieces we take along after prior arrangement. State the amount of luggage in your request and we plan accordingly.
How much time buffer should I plan per stop?
Ten to fifteen minutes per stop for boarding and alighting including a short briefing. With several stops this adds up quickly, which is why we stagger the slots. In city centers during commuter hours we plan an additional buffer.
Can a minibus stop anywhere?
Not everywhere, but much more flexibly than a coach. Main roads and loading zones work better than narrow side streets, with a two to four hundred meter walk. Give us the exact addresses including intermediate stops and we check the stopping options in advance.
Is a minibus accessible?
Usually not. Coaches and minibuses have steps and fixed seating; boarding is via the stairs. Foldable wheelchairs and rollators fit in the luggage compartment. If you need a vehicle with a lift, we check an alternative in our partner network.
How far in advance should I rent a minibus?
The earlier, the wider the selection and usually the better the price. In peak season and around major trade fair dates availability tightens much sooner. Short-notice requests can often still be solved through the partner network.
Can I add drinks on board?
Yes. Just mention the wish in your request. What is possible in the intended vehicle we clarify with the partner and record it in the quote as a separate item. Further wishes such as snacks, branding or an attendant on board we arrange the same way.
