Frequently asked questions about the VIP shuttle
How discreet is the service?
We treat all information and arrangements with the utmost confidentiality. Experienced chauffeurs and a fixed contact person ensure a calm, prestigious experience.
Which vehicles can I choose from?
From the business limousine with up to 3 seats and the VIP van to the VIP coach, we choose the vehicle to match your group size and occasion.
Can you cover several appointments in one day?
Yes. We plan routes with any number of stops and waiting times and adapt them flexibly to your schedule.
How many people fit in a limousine?
A business limousine seats up to three passengers. For four to seven people we switch to the VIP van, and above that to a minibus or VIP coach. If several guests arrive separately, we can also provide several limousines with coordinated times.
Can I book a limousine with driver for a whole day?
Yes. The driver stays available for the agreed period, including waiting times between appointments. You set the route and stops and can adjust them as you go. For full-day bookings we factor in the statutory driving, shift and rest periods.
How far in advance should I book?
For individual transfers, short notice is often enough. It gets tight around major trade fairs, in the wedding season and towards the end of the year, when many company parties coincide.
Does the chauffeur also drive abroad?
Yes, cross-border transfers are possible. Tolls, vignettes and any overnight stays for the driver are then added and shown separately in the quote. Tell us the destination and duration in your request and we will clarify the details.
Can I add drinks on board?
Yes. Mention it in your request and we will clarify what is possible in the intended vehicle and note it as a separate item in the quote. It is often added for guest transfers and weddings.
