- Do you connect hotels, station, airport and congress centre?
- Yes. We bundle all the relevant locations into one shuttle plan with timed departures between arrival points, hotels and the venue, with continuous service over several days on request.
- How much lead time do you need, and can it be at short notice?
- The earlier you enquire, the more room we have. Tell us the date, locations and approximate number of attendees, we check availability in our network straight away and come back with a proposal, even at short notice.
- Is there a dedicated contact during the congress?
- Yes, one dedicated person coordinates planning and operations and is reachable during the booked period. No call centre, no ticket ping-pong.
- Do speakers and VIP guests get their own transfers?
- On request we arrange separate, discreet trips for speakers and senior guests, aligned with your programme and the other shuttles.
- How do you calculate capacity per time window?
- We estimate from the programme, attendee numbers and arrival times how many guests travel in which window, and provide the vehicles so no one waits unnecessarily and no trip runs half empty.
